- Experienced in following routine which includes naps, meals and bedtime.

- Strong communication skills with parents, guardians and children. Definitely have patience for dealing with tough situations.

- Capable of doing household chores such as cleaning, laundry, shopping and cooking.

- Having a warm and friendly demeanor is important to make children comfortable.
