I am a licensed teacher with extensive experience caring for, and teaching, infants and children. My bachelor’s degree is in Elementary Education and my masters degree is in Early Childhood Administration. I have owned my own home day care where I cared for eight children ages 2 to 5 years. I also raised my own children to be kind, caring, and empathetic individuals. Additionally, I worked for licensed day care centers as an Infant Teacher and Preschool Teacher. Most recently, I taught First grade for seven consecutive years at an international school abroad. I now live in Durham, and I am ready to join one or two families as a tutor or nanny! My love for children and passion for teaching make me a very dedicated, loving, and gentle child care provider. I love being a teacher and nanny, and I take pride in providing exceptional care to children under my supervision. I also love cleaning and organizing. I am happy to conduct these and other responsibilities when children are sleeping. Of course, I am fully vaccinated, and I am willing to wear a mask throughout the day. Private tutoring – Available after school in your home or at the library. $45/hour. Math, reading, and writing for students K-3rd grade.

Babysitting/Nanny position – I am available during the month of September to care for children as-needed before I begin a permanent nanny position next month.

Additional services: Meal preparation, Laundry, Light housekeeping, Swimming supervision, and Potty training.
