My name is Gladys and I absolutely love kids! I have one of my own, many nieces and nephews and I run my own afterschool program working with elementary aged children. I have worked in the childcare field for over 10 years. I have a masters in child development with administration and I have experience working with youth and children with disabilities and autism.

I have baby sit for several families over the past 4 years. I am CPR certified and have extensive training in crisis intervention and support for youth and children.

My best method of caring for child is always doing my best to meet them where they are at provide the 3 C’s of Care, Compassion, and Concern.
