My name is April and I absolutely love kids! I spent almost 10 years teaching preschool at Creme de la Creme, but left to stay at home with my first child. I do occasionally still sub there when asked.v Before that, I spent much time nannying and babysitting all the kids in my neighborhood. I got my associates degree from Joliet Junior College, where I then transferred to Lewis University majoring in Elementary Education. I have a wide range of experience with all sorts of children ranging from newborn to older adolescent age, also including Autistic and Downs Syndrome. I love being outside and doing Arts and Crafts; I am an avid scrapbooker. I am extremely patient with children, and try to always have a smile on my face. I currently live in Glen Ellyn with my husband, toddler son, and dog.
