Marissa K.

I am licensed clinical social worker moving into the private practice space. I work primarily with children, adolescents, and their families. As a transition to part-time private practice work, I am pursuing additional work opportunities. I graduated from Columbia University in New York where I received a master’s degree in social work. Since the age of 13, I have babysat consistently for many families all with children of varying ages. Throughout college and graduate school, I was a nanny for a family with three children and had many responsibilities in the household. Throughout college, graduate school, and in my career since then, I have worked in school and behavioral health settings. My passion is working with children and my past experiences allow me to create a safe, fun, and enriching environment.
