I am Mekhia Thomas-Smith, and I have nearly a decade of experience babysitting and nannying for children aged 1-13. In my roles, I have worked with families providing care for children of various ages, including twins from age two to seven and another child from age four onward.

My responsibilities have included preparing meals, organizing educational games, assisting with homework, managing after-school pickups, and performing light housekeeping. My experience has equipped me to create nurturing, safe, and engaging environments for children. Additionally, I am first-aid trained, which has further helped ensure the safety and well-being of the children I care for.
Through these experiences, I have built strong, trusting relationships with families, supported children’s development, and provided dependable, flexible care tailored to individual needs. I love working with children and look forward to bringing my skills and dedication to a new family.
