Hi! I’m Kyla, and I absolutely love being a sitter because I enjoy building meaningful connections with kids and helping them learn, grow, and have fun. Whether its imaginative play, helping with homework, or just being a supportive presence, I find joy in creating a safe and positive environment for every child!

I have about 4 years of paid experience (and tons without being paid for family) working with children of all ages, from infants to preteens. I’ve babysat for families in my neighborhood, worked at summer camps, and even helped out in classrooms as part of my education studies. Each experience has taught me something new and helped me become a more attentive and responsible caregiver!

In terms of training, Im CPR/First Aid certified, have all of my clearances, and have a background in child development from my education coursework. I’m patient, creative, and always ready to jump into a game or a storytime session! I also understand how to manage routines, handle conflicts gently, and make sure your child feels safe and supported while you’re away!
