With 2 years of childcare experience, Ive learned a lot especially working with multiple energetic toddlers/waffles at a time they need a caretaker/teacher to be able to help them express their energy. Taking children on walks through the park or even playing pretend restaurant helps them be more vocal and enjoy nature.
