Hi! My name is Tara. I have many years of experience in childcare and have always enjoyed working with kids. I have extensive experience in camp counseling, babysitting, and tutoring. I find working with children to be so fascinating as no two children are ever the same. Every child has their own set of needs, abilities, and interests. Working in childcare has allowed me to learn how to adapt in order to meet each child’s needs. I always go above and beyond in order to ensure that children not only remain safe and healthy in my care, but they are also happy and having fun. It is my goal to ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of the children, and that includes their mental health and happiness! I also greatly prioritize communication with the parents. I understand how important it is for parents to remain updated how on their children are doing while they are away, and I always make sure to promptly update the parents and notify them immediately should any concerns arise.
