With 25 years of experience as a teacher and childcare professional, I offer a dynamic, holistic approach to nurturing your childs growthphysically, emotionally, and intellectually. I believe in learning through play and strive to make learning feel like an adventure. My goal is to spark curiosity, foster problem-solving skills, and encourage communication in a fun, engaging way that complements your parenting style.

I deeply value the importance of fresh air and outdoor play. Exploring nature and connecting with the earth are vital for childrens well-being, promoting physical health while enhancing cognitive development, creativity, and emotional resilience. Outdoor activities encourage children to problem-solve, engage with their environment, and build social skills and confidence.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and English from St. Johns University, focusing on Early Childhood Education, and through workshops and seminars have kept up with the latest child development trends.

I began babysitting at 13 and have been working with children ever since. My daughter followed my path into education, and is now a fellow teacher and my greatest source of inspiration.

Certified in Reiki, First Aid, CPR, and Mental Health First Aid, I am prepared to handle any situation with confidence. My wellness-based approach incorporates mindfulness and natural healing practices, encouraging children to develop healthy habits for life. I have embraced plant-based living since childhood and continue to promote wellness in everything I do.

Im also passionate about animals! Whether your home has a dog, cat, or reptile, I ensure all members of your family are safe, happy, and well cared for.

Open, honest communication is key in my approach. I believe in keeping parents involved and informed, collaborating on your childs developmental journey. As a mom, I understand the challenges of parenting, and Im here to offer support and care. It truly does take a village to raise a child.
