As someone who grew up in a community where neighbors helped each other and children played with each other all of the time, I very quickly had a love for children and caring for them. Nature and being outside are some of my largest priorities, and I have done camp counseling often primarily for nature centers or outdoor classrooms. I have been babysitting for six years, and I have done camp counseling for four. I love making connections with people, and it is immensely fulfilling to make connections with young people and watch them grow.
