It is really hard to explain. If you love kids you love kids and I really enjoy spending time with different age kids. I have worked for the same family for 10 years and then for 8 .. I strongly believe that creating relationship between nanny-child -parents is the key for success. I also believe in following any parenting rules and dynamic at home family sets.
