Hi, there! My name is Alana and I’m very excited to start babysitting in the Playa Vista area. I work full-time (from home) for a fintech SaaS company and am also pursuing my Masters in Applied Business Analytics. In my spare time, I enjoy staying active outdoors, playing the piano, or exercising creativity in a number of other ways. I love children and pets, so babysitting has been a wonderful way for me to build a community and hopefully, make a positive impact on the children of the families I support.

I believe that children of all ages absorb everything around them and should constantly be positively stimulated, whether through outdoor activities, school work, or the extra-curricular content they’re consuming, etc. I am very gentle and kind, but also believe in the importance of teaching children right from wrong; therefore, I am happy to enforce whatever rules are set forth while being careful not to insult, hurt, or demean the child.
