Hi!
I’m Deb and I’m looking to start sitting for babies/kids in my area. I am a middle-aged empty nester, a mom to two amazing young men, 23 and 26, who now live states away and I miss them so much!
I’m also single and work full time, but am sout by 4:00 so I have time to sit in the evenings and on weekends.
I have a grand niece that is 9 months old and I have been helping take care of her and it couldn’t make me happier.
I’ve been thinking about ways to make extra money (I like helping my kids financially when I can and I love traveling to see them) and after taking care of my delicious grand niece lately, it reminded me just how much I love being around babies and kids. They’re innocent and amazing and way smarter than us! I also like going home to quiet so sitting would be the perfect scenario! LOL
I’m a trustworthy, caring, positive woman with a clean record (driving and otherwise!) and a love of interaction. Your kid will not sit in front of the tv on my watch (I don’t watch any myself) but we will play games, I’ll read to them, help them with homework, and play outside. I’m a huge cook so if they are old enough to help in the kitchen, that would be so fun also!
