Hello! My name is Michaela Kavanagh. I moved to Minnesota in 2022 to attend the University of St. Thomas School of Law, and I’m loving the state so far! (Especially now that it’s getting warm). Although I don’t have the time for a regular job while in law school, I am hoping to find some babysitting opportunities to supplement my income, or lack thereof. I have over 10 years of paid childcare experience. Babysitting is how I made my way through young adulthood and my undergrad education. I also just really love babysitting. One of my first babysitting jobs was for a 7-month-old when I was 15 years old, and I remained with the family until I moved last year. The 7-month-old is now nearly 10 and her younger sister, who I began watching at 2 months old, is almost 7. I have experience with all ages and children with special needs. I also had my CPR and First Aid Certification at one point, but I can renew it ASAP. I am in classes most weekdays during the day, but I am free on the weekends and able to schedule time in during the week. If you are looking for a babysitter, who is also exceptional at house chores while the kids are sleeping, I would love the opportunity to meet you and your family!
