As an aspiring educator, I enjoy being around children. I am currently a rising sophomore at Monmouth University. I have previously participated in two unpaid internships. My first was at Upper Montclair’s Buzz Aldrin Middle School before graduating from Montclair High. My second was at Morris Ave Early Childhood Center in Long Branch, NJ.
I promise that your children will be comfortable under my care. I understand that children need to build trust with their caregivers. I always make sure that I foster a small connection with them first. The ability to relate to them shows that you respect them and allow them to treat you the same way.
I will be able to assist them with homework and at home learning activities. I can do some light cooking, simple recipes. I’ll try my best to play sports with them, I’m not the most athletic. I want to make sure that your children feel as protected and cared for as they are with their parents.
