Hi!
My name is Ashley and I am first year student at NYU studying childhood and special education. I chose to study education because I love working with kids and enjoy being around them. I have 8 younger cousins so as far as I remember I have always been surrounded with younger kids. Over the last few years, I have had many babysitting jobs. When I turned 14 I started taking jobs at my dance school to assist with the younger kids. At 16 I started working at Flippers Gymnastics in Ramsey NJ where I continued to work until I left for college this past August. There I worked with kids from ages 3-13. My duties included creating lessons plans and executing the lesson plans for my self-contained classes as the head coach. Additionally, every summer, I worked at the summer camp where I was responsible for creating different activities that had the kids engaged and learning while also having fun. Other things about me: I’m also CPR certified. I am a trained dancer (12 years of Tap, Jazz, hip hop, and ballet). I am what people call a Theater kids who has been casted in many musical Theater productions. I am patient and energetic and cannot wait to meet your kids.

Rate: $20/hour – $30/hour
