I love working with children because of my younger cousins. They are around ten years old and I have babysat them from time to time so I have a good sense of how to keep them busy and happy. I have also babysat some of my family friends children, who are around seven to eight years old. I have a more gentle approach to working with kids, but I know when to redirect them when necessary.
