Hello! I am Caroline, and I have now lived in the city for almost two years. I moved to New York following college graduation in 2022 to work for a well-respected luxury design house. I was with that team for a year before being offered a job at a start-up as the Director of Brand Development. While I love my current job, I have realized how much I miss working with a family. In high school, I consistently babysat for four families (all with children ranging from newborn to 12 years old), and in college, I helped a group of moms (5 families) interchangeably all four years (ranging from newborn to 5 years old). Over the past two years in New York, I have realized how much I miss having relationships with families and children and am eager to find new families to support.
