Hi! I’m Dylan. I am recent graduate from Penn State with my BFA in Musical Theatre. During my time there, I was a camp counselor for a musical theatre summer program designed for high schoolers with a drive to pursue a career in the arts. It was here that I discovered my passion for inspiring young minds. Throughout my experience in childcare, I’ve had the joy of nurturing children through their crucial developmental stages. I think I approach my care with warmth and creativity, fostering an environment where children feel safe to explore, learn and have fun! My Nannies growing up had such a profound impact on the person I am today. I understand the importance of this position. I believe in not just watching over children, but actively engaging with them to cultivate a supported and fun environment.
