Hello! My name is Hannah, and I’d love to be your next sitter or nanny.

I take the time to listen to and do activities with children in my care— I am kind, patient, and value creativity. Depending on the interests of your child(ren), perhaps we can take nature walks, make salt dough, put on plays, or spend time at the beach! My background also includes the study of child development. Here are my qualifications, in a nutshell:

1. I have a Bachelor’s Degree from Sarah Lawrence College, where I concentrated in Education and took courses such as a) Play in Child Development and b) children’s literature

2. I have worked as a teacher’s assistant in a Kindergarten classroom for 1 year

3. I worked for two summers in the recent past as a camp counselor and a progressive, arts and nature based camp

4. I have worked as a music teacher at an early childhood center

5. In the past 12+ years I have spent time as a babysitter, private nanny (for a family with 7 children!), tutor, Boys & Girls club volunteer, and English teacher

6. I also hold an MFA degree
