My name is Kailyn and I recently moved from Clinton Township, MI to NYC. I hold a full time day job as an Administrative Assistant for a Private Financial Advisory Firm.

As the oldest girl of my generation on both my father’s side and my mother’s side, I have been taking care of all of my siblings and my cousins since the age of 11. My mother also ran a 24/7 daycare out of our home. Since I was homeschooled and I have a love for toddlers, I was always around to help out.

I also was the primary sitter for two of my cousins who are both autistic. So, I have experience with children who are on the spectrum. I also babysat every night for a coworker who picked up a second job working the night shift. I have been babysitting and assisting with childcare for about 20 years. This is my first attempt to step out of the circle of family and friends and I am really excited for it.
