My name is Leanza Carrero. I have been a caregiver for eight years now, caring for children as young as newborns and as old as teenagers. In my experience as a caregiver, I have worked with twins/triplets, only children, or even as many as six children at a time. I have also worked with special needs children. In the past I have volunteered at school near me that helps children overcome specific social obstacles that might challenge them in their day-to-day life. In my experience here, I got to be a teacher, caregiver, a friend, and a mentor to these children; it was more than a great experience.

I am currently available on an ‘as need basis’ (weekdays are preferable). Since graduating from Cornell University, I completed a postbac program at Bryn Mawr College, and graduated from New York Medical College with my M.D. I am currently in a transition period awaiting placement for residency.
