Im a college student studying my psychology degree. Ive been babysitting for about 3 years now, mostly for families in my community and through word-of-mouth. Ive cared for children ranging from toddlers to early teens, helping with everything from meal prep and bedtime routines to keeping them engaged with activities or helping with schoolwork. Each experience has helped me become more confident, patient, and flexible.I love being a sitter because I genuinely enjoy spending time with kids. Theyre so full of energy, curiosity, and creativity, and I find it really rewarding to be part of their growth and everyday moments. Whether its helping with homework, playing games, or just having silly conversations, it never feels like just a job to me. I get to be a positive, supportive presence in a childs day. Along with hands-on experience, Ive also developed strong communication and time management skills especially helpful when juggling college and babysitting. Im responsible, reliable, and always try to bring a calm, caring attitude to every situation.
