Hi there potential family :)

My name is Merrill and I am a 30-year-old graphic designer living in the Upper West Side. Because I work West Coast hours, I begin work at 12pm, and am hoping to find a morning job working with children. I was an au pair in France (Advanced French speaker) for 1 year and worked for two families, one with three young girls ages 3 to 5 years old, and one family with a 9 year-old girl. In addition to being an au pair, I was also an ESL teacher for first graders in Bangkok, Thailand for one year. After this, I assisted in homeschooling an 8 year-old girl during the pandemic. I am interested in a position that involves helping your children get ready for school, taking them to school, as well as general morning help. My schedule is very flexible and I will be available from 6 am to 11:30/45 am.

A little bit about me: Those closest to me would describe me as a kind, compassionate, empathetic person with a love for drawing, fostering animals, and helping others. I studied French and Studio Art in university and have a passion for anything creative as well as language learning.

Things I would love to help you with: Morning routine with the kids, breakfast, getting ready, walk to school, light housekeeping. I absolutely love to organize and clean, and would be willing to include these services as well.
