I’m very reliable, patient and welcoming to new children. I also have a 14 year old of my own. I have dealt with younger youth since the age of 16 working YSEP. I give my all into understanding and learning different personalities while also being open minded to learning new thing’s. When ever help is needed, I’ll ask before taking action for clarification. I love working with children mostly, because you can learn alot from them just by observing and listening it’s a great experience.
