Write a messageI am currently a sophomore at NYU majoring in applied psychology with a minor in communications.
All of my professional work experience has been with children. I have babysat since I was 14 and have worked with 2 families. The first family I babysat for had a 14-month-old and a 3-year-old for 2 years. I then nannied a 4 and 7 year old for the following 2 years.
However, I have mainly been a basketball coach/trainer for kids ranging from 6 to 14. I have coached 4 park district leagues and 3 travel teams for the past 4 years. Additionally, I started and ran my own basketball training business where I trained over 35 kids over the past 2 years.
I love babysitting because I think kids bring out the best in me. I love being goofy and active and I think children’s perspective on the world is so refreshing.
Rate: $18/hour – $25/hour
