Greetings! My name is Erin Bakenne. I am 23 years old, and recently just graduated with my Bachelors of Arts and Sciences in Psychology from Northern Illinois University. What I aspire to do with my degree is social work in a school setting with children. I found inspiration to work with children after working as a camp counselor for 3, 4 and 5 year olds. Kids are creative, imaginative and are just trying to navigate their way through life, just like us adults. I am very organized, patient, flexible with time, attentive to the needs of others, communicative, etc.
I also have three younger siblings the ages of 6, 8 and 12. I enjoy spending time and being active with them, helping them learn, supporting them in any way that I can, and ensuring that they always feel safe and comfortable with me.
