Write a messageI am Almira, currently a Pre Med Psychology student. Every time I pass a child I feel so comforted and relieved. It is a strange feeling to explain but that beautiful laugh and smile children behold, just plasters a smile on my face. As a child, I might have been one of the most curious children ever, my dad used to tell me how I would question every single thing. As I have worked with children, I have noticed this is not just a me thing but a child thing. I have spent years struggling, studying, and pushing myself to not only educate myself but learn new things everyday. If I can’t help pass the things I have learned to someone else, what really is the purpose of that. I think thats what really motivates me to even choose to work in a field like babysitting. When someone says it takes a village to raise a child, I really do believe it. I have been surrounded by amazing people, I remember everyone who has played a part in making me, me. My first pre school teachers, my babysitters, my family friends, my first friend as a kid, all of these faces and stories I remember. Being around children is not only good for my soul, but I truly think I have so much from my personality to my smarts, to offer to a child.
