My name is Katelynn. I am 23 years old and have 5 years of hand- on nannying experience, in Germany, Bahamas and New York. I love working with children and have always felt drown to social work. Therefor I started my schooling in childcare and social work in 2018 and successfully accomplished my associates degree as a nursery school teacher by 2020. I have worked in a kindergarten while babysitting and nannying part-time in Germany. Then I worked in a afterschool daycare for special needs children also while Nannying for two military families. Sadly, covid struck and I had to leave the daycare, but continued nannying. Thanks to covid, that turned into my full-time job. I stayed with these two families until they had to leave for there next duty station. Therefor I am looking for something longterm where I can build a bond with the family and children. I love outdoor activities, as in hikes, walks, swimming or anything active. I also really love singing and that is something I am very passionate about. Recently I have also started to cook and bake. Trying new recipes with the kids or also just by myself at home. Healthy recipes, random recipes and lots. of recipes from different cultures. One last thing is, I grew up in a bilingual household and speak English and German fluently and am currently learning Spanish.
