As a high school senior, I embarked on an unexpected journey that has profoundly shaped my passion for caring for children. When my sister found herself unable to raise her child, I stepped in to help my mom raise my niece. This unanticipated responsibility thrust me into the world of childcare, and it was during this time that I discovered a deep love and commitment to nurturing young children. Soon after other family members began to ask for my assistance. My daily life became a delicate balancing act, juggling schoolwork and the demands of childcare. Through sleepless nights, diaper changes, and the priceless moments of laughter and growth, I witnessed the remarkable impact of providing a loving and stable environment for a child. These experiences not only reinforced my dedication to my family but also ignited a burning desire to pursue a career in childcare. Im currently in my second year of college pursuing a degree in Healthcare management with hopes of working in a children’s hospital.
