I have 7 years of extensive childcare experience which originated from my hometown in Washington, D.C., then Indianapolis, to now here in Philly! This has allowed me to work with children from an array of backgrounds and understand their needs. This experience includes babysitting and nannying for dozens of families in D.C., Indianapolis, and Philly. I created a ballet summer camp for children of all ages while teaching at the local professional ballet school when I was studying in D.C. In Indianapolis I continued babysitting up to 5 kids for 20+ hours a week. I also taught and coordinated both at a professional ballet school and at a community center for children ages 4-12.
