My name is Alissa, and I am an experienced and dedicated
childcare worker excited to provide exceptional care for your little ones. Over the years I’ve had many jobs in the childcare field including daycare, substitute teaching, and creating and directing a youth program for a nonprofit. I began babysitting when I was 12, and got my first job as a nanny at 14. My bachelor’s degree is in youth and young adult ministry. Through all of these experiences, I have developed a deep passion for nurturing and supporting children in their growth and development.

My approach to childcare revolves around creating a safe, loving, and stimulating environment where children can thrive. I believe in fostering their individuality, encouraging their curiosity, and promoting their social, emotional, and intellectual well-being. Most of all I want to work with you as the parent to reinforce the values that you have for your family.

Throughout my years of babysitting and nannying, I have had the pleasure of working with children of various ages, ranging from infants to pre-teens. I am skilled in handling a wide range of responsibilities, including preparing nutritious meals, engaging in interactive and educational activities, assisting with homework, and providing transportation as needed.
