Hi! I’m originally from Haiti, but I grew up in northeast Philadelphia. Family is everything to me, and I love spending time with them. I am very involved in my church comunity especially in helping out with the youth program. Right now, I’m in my final year at Eastern University, where I’m pursuing a bachelors degree in Business Administration. Graduation is right around the corner, and I can’t wait to use my degree to advocate for children.

I have over 10 years of childcare experience, starting with babysitting during my middle school days, and I absolutely love every moment of it. I am a fun, outgoing, and reliable babysitter. Bringing joy to parents by assisting them in caring for their children is something I find incredibly fulfilling. Throughout my childcare experience, I’ve taken on various roles such as babysitter, teacher, tutor, and camp counselor, working with kids ranging from infant to 15-year-old. My responsibilities included supervising the children, lending a hand with school assignments, organizing indoor and outdoor activities, changing diapers for toddlers, doing light house cleaning, and planning enjoyable lessons and activities. Additionally, I am CPR certified, ensuring the safety and well-being of the children in my care. Furthermore, I speak another language, which allows me to provide a more inclusive and enriching experience for the children. It’s been a rewarding journey, connecting with children and being a positive influence in their lives.

I love listening to music, singing, and engaging in art. These creative pursuits bring me joy and connect with my passion for working with children. Music has a way of uplifting spirits and creating connections, and I enjoy incorporating it into activities with children, whether it’s singing songs together or introducing them to different musical styles. Likewise, art allows children to explore their imagination, express themselves, and develop their fine motor skills. These activities motivate me to pursue child-related work because I believe in providing enriching experiences that foster their creativity, growth, and happiness. My approach to childcare is rooted in kindness, empathy, and respect. I strive to create a warm and nurturing environment where children feel valued and supported. I believe in embracing their individuality, interests, and unique personalities, and I aim to provide guidance while fostering their independence and self-confidence.
