Hi my names Tianna Im 24 and I have extensive childcare experience, both professionally and personally, which has given me a well-rounded understanding of caring for children of various ages and backgrounds. In the workplace, I have worked in roles that involved direct supervision, education, and support for children, including those with special needs. My personal experience has also involved caring for family members and volunteering with children, which has further developed my patience, adaptability, and ability to create safe, engaging, and supportive environments. Additionally, my experience with special needs children has strengthened my skills in providing individualized care and fostering a positive, inclusive atmosphere, Im also great with animals, I have my own dog and I even babysit my nephew (1 y/o) and 3 younger sisters (7y/o , 8 y/o, 9y/o).
