I started babysitting when I was twelve years old and was in high demand throughout my teen years. I have two adult sons, so I have experience caring for children of all stages of development. I have taught PK-Adults as a volunteer and professionally. I am certified and experienced in teaching Elementary Education, English as a Second Language, Spanish, and am a Reading Specialist. I have been on the Children’s Christian Education Committee and was Vacation Bible School Director for 3 years, served in the church nursery, taught Sunday school, Vacation Bible School, Children’s church, and Kids’ Club. I was a camp counselor for a summer at an overnight camp. I have tutored children and adults in English, reading, and math. I love animals and grew up with a pet hamster and several dogs.
