Hello! My name is Jenna. I am excited to work closely with a family that needs a little bit of extra help. I would love to find an opportunity that would provide a consistent schedule throughout the week so I can get a chance to know the family and children.

First, let me say that I love working with children. I am passionate about working with young people and have always pursued jobs that allowed me to be a part of childrens education and experiential growth.

Previously, I have worked at a summer camp for 5 years where I was responsible for the welfare of a cabin of 9 children for a week or two at a time. I was also in charge of creating elective programs that taught children leadership, communication, and reasoning skills through experiential education. I also spent 2 years babysitting for two families with children ranging in age from 1-12. During that time, I helped with school work, coordinated and provided transportation to play dates and extracurricular activities, prepared snacks and meals, carried out bedtime necessities, and nurtured the creative aspects of
the childrens development through art projects and directed experiential play.

Additionally, I have worked in a physician’s office as a medical assistant and I am trained in CPR/AED/First Aid. I am also a Red Cross certified lifeguard and swim instructor.
