Hello my name is Tess Schmitt. I graduated from Liberty University in 2016 with a Bachelors degree in Family and Child Development. I have a lot of experience with babysitting, I was a nanny for a family for a summer, 3 kids ages 7,10 and 12 and it was an incredible experience. I also completed fieldwork for my degree in 1st and 2nd grade classrooms as well as in a daycare center. I also completed my internship for graduation at a woman’s home daycare working with kids ages 15 months-7 years. I love indoor as well as outdoor activities, reading stories and learning new things that the kids enjoy. I am First Aid and CPR certified and I have lived in the cranberry/pittsburgh areas for just over 8 years. I was a nanny for a year when I first moved out here for a 10 month old little girl and I have also worked at multiple daycare centers with children ages 6 weeks to 6 years and I feel that this job will be an incredible opportunity. I am a soon to be mom of 3 kiddos, due with my third in April! looking for some part time work, preferably Fridays and Saturdays but I can also probably make other days work later in the afternoon.
