My name is Estefania but I go by Steph. I speak both Spanish and English fluently. I am the second oldest daughter out of four. Being the oldest daughter I grew up watching over my two younger sisters at age 12 while both parents went to work. It became second nature for the experience of being able to watch over my siblings gave me the opportunity to gain the skills of cooking and cleaning. At age 17 I applied for my first job which was a daycare near my house. I became a teacher’s assistant for 5 years while going to college. I can honestly say, till this day, it was my favorite job and experience. I watched over children of all ages. It has been effortless for me to get along with kids for which I am forever thankful for.
