I love working with children because their curiosity, creativity, and enthusiasm make every day fulfilling. My experience includes mentoring, tutoring, and creating engaging learning environments for kids of various ages. What sets me apart is my ability to connect with children on their level, fostering a supportive and fun atmosphere that encourages their growth and confidence. I have been babysitting for the past three years. I also work at a highschool so I have a bit more experience with older kids being in that educational atmosphere I can assist with homework and learning activities. I was also a head counselor at Asphalt Green summer day camp where I worked with 17 campers through out the summer. This job included overseeing activities such as swimming, soccer, baseball, basketball, etc. We would also take the kids on various trips and oversaw educational activities as well. What sets me apart would have to be my experience as well as my passion to work with children I am currently in school pursuing my degree in secondary education as I want to become a teacher.
