Hello! My name is Amaya , I’m 19 years old and in my junior year of college. I love working with kids of all ages but the elementary age range has a special place in my heart. So much that I am working towards a degree to become an elementary Art Teacher! I love being creative whenever I get time and enjoy crafting, painting and reading in my downtime. I have several years of experience working with kids in various roles. Started babysitting in middle school, had the opportunity to tutor elementary kids through my STAR club when I was in high school and after that I worked as a Teacher Assistant for Prince William County Public Schools for 2 consecutive summers. Im currently working at a before and after school care company but would like to explore a different opportunity. Im open to babysitting on the occasional date night or as needed but would also like to be considered for any after-school needs a family might have or part time nanny work. Ive recently moved to Richmond from the NOVA area and would love to start as soon as September 2nd.
