Hello! My name is Shannon, or Shae, whichever is easier for you and/or your little one!
Ive been watching kids since I was a kid myself, so it was no surprise when I grew up and wanted to continue to work with children. Long term, Id love a career in childrens psychology + criminal justice, but for now while I save and go to school, I work part time babysitting when I can and managing a small Italian restaurant.
Its very important that all children have a support system outside of just the immediate family, someone to talk to and someone to watch out for them. Being good to a child, and showing them someone cares leaves a lifelong impact and thats my goal, no matter what the job or who the child is.
As a babysitter, Id say Im fun, patient, and responsible, as well as flexible in my schedule. Its important to me that the child feel safe, and be well cared for, just as mom and dad would. Any questions feel free to reach out, as Im always open to different jobs and activities!
