Hello, I am 34 and located in Northeast Philadelphia. I studied at PennState Abington for rehabilitation and human service, and work as a board certified behavior technician. For the past 6 years I have worked with children ages 2-17 that have special needs including ASD, emotional disturbance, intellectual disabilities, and other developmental delays. I believe in learning through play, positively shaping behaviors, and promoting healthy social interactions while meeting children where they are. Experience with potty training and feeding challenges. I also have experience using visual aids to help non-verbal children communicate, and basic knowledge of ASL. I have provided care in a range of settings (school, in home, the community, and in clinic) across Philadelphia, Montgomery, and Bucks county. I have two dogs of my own and do not mind being around pets.
