Taking care of children is best job I’ve ever had. I was a babysitter for a few years when I immigrated to the U.S. in 2000. Over the years I fulfilled various positions (teacher, executive assistant, program supervisor). After raising my own son (now 19 y.o.), I realized that it would be best to go back to do what I liked the most in my life: babysitting and child care.
I was a certified school teacher in Europe and continued my teaching career in the U.S. for a few years. I have a masters degree in elementary school teaching and NJ teaching certifications (pre-K – 3rd grade and also K-5th grade).
Babysitting and teaching has been fun for me and also for the children I taught. Children always loved my hands-on activities (science experiments and crafts projects) and outdoor activities.
Currently I have a full-time position that I would like to continue. I am looking for a babysitting position for my late afternoon and evening hours.
In addition to taking care of children, I can also tutor them if needed and can help with cooking and light housekeeping.

Rate: $28/hour – $50/hour
