Hi! My name is Allison and I am a 4th grade teacher with 10 years experience inside of a classroom and 15 working with children. I have experience with children of all ages and have specialized in early intervention working with toddlers with disabilities between the ages of 1-3. I have worked full-time for families as a mothers helper, nanny or babysitter and also tutored children of all different ages.

I believe it is important to keep children active and engaged in activities while also promoting independent play and curious exploration. My philosophy of working with families to be an extension of what would occur with their parents. I try to replicate beliefs, routines and practices that are practiced by the parents. I look forward to talking to you and hearing more!
