Hi, I’m Sara! I recently graduated from Fairfield University with a nursing degree, and I’ll be starting my nursing career at the end of November. In the meantime, I’m excited to offer my skills and experience as a caregiver.
I have years of both paid and unpaid experience in childcare, starting with my two younger siblings, who are 11 and 14 years younger than me. I’ve always been involved in their care, and this naturally extended to watching their classmates during playdates. During my undergraduate years, I worked as a camp counselor, managing a lively group of twenty 7-year-old girls, and also taught swim lessons to girls aged 7-10. Before that, I spent multiple summers working with my brother’s preschool group, which was an absolute joy!
I also have experience caring for young babies through my babysitting work. Whether it’s picking kids up from after-school activities, bringing them home safely, or watching them on a weekend night, I love fostering children’s development and ensuring they are well cared for.
I’m originally from Brooklyn, NY, and can happily provide references from my hometown. You can rest assured that your children will be in excellent hands with me. I look forward to the opportunity to care for your little ones!
