Being a sitter is a fun and challenging job. As someone who has watched his sisters for years and on occasion have babysat for others. My experience however, comes from working with kids at a summer camp it is something that Ive done for close to 3 years. Some of the things I prioritize is safety and fun. In terms of training I have a health, safety and child growth certificate. Skills that I have when working with kids is communication, interaction and I am very involved when working. I can help study, and tutor as well.
