Hello! Im 20 years old and have 5+ years experience in childcare. I have worked as a personal nanny and babysitter for children ages 6months -14 years, including special needs children. I currently go to University of Virginia as a biology premed student, 2nd year. Ive taken various classes in child development within UVA where I have deepened my understanding and knowledge within how children work, whats best for their development/learning, and how to best manage them to give them the best environment for them to thrive.
