I am currently a Masters student at UT studying social work and I intend on becoming a licensed mental health therapist working with youth ranging from 12-18 years of age. Although I do not have paid child care experience, I have been around kids my entire life. I am an aunt to eight nieces and nephews that I have had the privilege to help raise and my mother also ran a home-based daycare when I was growing up and I would often enjoy helping her tend to the kids after school. I also have a background in art as well and I enjoyed creating fun projects with the kids and helping them explore their creativity.
