I started babysitting about eleven years ago for a family in Berlin after a career as a professional opera singer. I was hooked so when I moved back to NYC, I signed on with an agency in the city called Artist Babysitting. After working through them for a few fun years, I had enough other families through recommendations to branch off on my own.
I would say that I specialize in toddlers but I love kids from babies through around 12. I find it very rewarding to be a caregiver and an active participant in their growth. I like to play and to bring music and creativity into interacting with the kids.
I am based in Westwood. I have a car and a clean driving record. I can also provide you with references.
My ideal situation would be as a mothers helper or a part-time caregiver.
